About the Conference

The International Conference on AI Leadership, Change Management and Workforce Reskilling (ICALCMWR) (ICALCMWR 2027) will be held on 10-11 February 2027 in Milan, Italy. It is organized by the Eurasia Web Global Research Forum.

The conference is a global forum for researchers, academics, industry leaders and entrepreneurs. It provides a collaborative platform to explore, analyse and discuss the trends transforming AI Leadership, Change Management and Workforce Reskilling (ICALCMWR) in today’s interconnected research community.

Peer review process: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers
